CounselPort is a platform that helps Chinese lawyers, in-house counsel, and cross-border service teams identify, verify, and connect with overseas counsel for cross-border legal matters.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform for solicitation, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Client names and confidential information must not be shared outside the platform's secure workflows.

Limitation of Liability

CounselPort is a matching and verification platform, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, guarantee outcomes, or endorse any counsel. We are not liable for the quality of legal services provided by counsel found through our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for any activity that harms the platform or its users.
